Terms and Conditions
Reservation Policy
To confirm a reservation at Lefkadas Bohemian Cottage, a deposit amounting to 30% of the total stay is required. If the deposit is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without further obligations.
For last-minute reservations, the full amount will be collected at the time of booking either via bank transfer or in cash at check-in.
Pets are welcome at our property.
Check-in time is at 16:00, and check-out is at 10:00. Guests must present a valid ID or passport upon check-in.
Pricing
All prices are inclusive of taxes, service charges, and other expenses. Please note that Lefkadas Bohemian Cottage reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
Payments
The remaining balance of your reservation must be paid at check-in, either in cash or by bank transfer.
Modifications and Extensions
Should you wish to extend your stay, please notify our staff in advance to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
To modify your reservation dates, contact our management promptly. If you decide to reduce the length of your stay after arrival, please be aware that Lefkadas Bohemian Cottage does not offer refunds for such changes.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be communicated in a timely manner to the responsible administrators of Lefkadas Bohemian Cottage.
Cancellation penalties are as follows:
- No-show: 100% of the reservation cost will be charged.
- 0-45 days before arrival: 50% of the total cost will be charged.
- More than 45 days before arrival: A full refund will be issued, minus any bank charges incurred by the customer. Disputes will be settled under Greek law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lefkada, Greece.
Property Care and House Rules
Guests are expected to maintain the condition of the property and its furnishings as found upon arrival. Removal of furniture or damage to items, including linens and kitchenware, is not permitted.
Additional house rules include:
- No damage should be caused by pets or unexpected guests.
- Smoking is only permitted outside the property.
- The barbecue should be used with caution to prevent fires, especially under windy and high-temperature conditions.
- Garbage must be disposed of properly in designated bins.
In the event of damage, costs will be assessed by the owners and charged to the guests accordingly.
